Service and preventive maintenance.

All product purchased from All About Lifts are entitled as per contract to a one year (twelve month) free preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance include lubrification of mechanical components, visual check of the installation, safety components functionality check, leveling adjustment and a complete diagnostic of the machine. The free maintenance period is usually 12 month and includes 1 visit. Service period and periodicity can differ according to the contract. Extended maintenance and warranty can be purchased from All About Lift. In this case, a maintenance contract will define the exact terms and coverage of the services.

Warranty.

All product purchased from All About Lift are usually covered by a 1 year (12 month) warranty. If stated differently on the sales contract or maintenance contract, the terms of the contractual contract will take priority over those statements.

Warranty coverage and exclusions.

The lift and its components are covered by the present warranty statement.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period and is defined and showed as a manufacturing or installation defect, than the parts and labour to fix or replace these parts will be covered by the warranty and the defects will be fixed within reasonable delay. If the reason of the breakdown is attributed to exterior factor, other than manufacturing or installation defects, than all cost will be covered by the customer.
The batteries, oils, sliding pads, lift car interior components are not covered by the present warranty.
All damaged caused by misuse or abusive use or vandalism will not be covered by the present warranty.
All damage caused by water, electrical surcharge, thunder, storms and earthquake will not be covered by the present warranty.
